SHIPPING POLICY- 

Processing time - Orders are typically processed within 1-4 days after payment is successfully received. Processing times may be longer during sales, launches, holidays, or periods of higher order value. 

 

SHIPPING- 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order ships

 

Delivery delays- 

Kollectionxxvii is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS , WEATHER , HOLIDAYS, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS-

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, KOLLECTIONXXVII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS-

ONCE TRACKING CONFIRMS THAT AN ORDER HAS BEEN DELIEVED TO THE ADDRESS USED AT CHEC OUT KOLLECTIONXXVII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
